We booked excursion to Tsarskoje Selo for 6 people via Ostwest's website. Confirmation came the next day and guide Svetlana met us in hour hotel. She knew everything and we spent information packed 5 hours learning so much about past and also present in St. Petersburg.

Tynda is located on the Tynda River (Amur basin). With a population of app. 40000 people it is the largest town for over 500 km in any direction. Because it is an important junction on the BAM railway the main sightseeing spot on this walking tour is the BAM railway museum.
